These terms apply when you buy Stu, The Greedy Little Ant through this website. Buying something here means you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the page before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on their secure checkout page. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a receipt by email.

Delivery

• Printed books ship from Florida, normally within 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is $4.99, or free on orders of $25 or more. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the postal service.
• The PDF is sent to the email address on your order.

Returns and refunds

If a printed book arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the return postage.

If you simply change your mind, you may return an unread printed book in its original condition within [30] days for a refund of the book’s price. Return postage is yours to pay.

Because a PDF cannot be returned once it has been sent, digital purchases are not refundable except where the file is faulty or never arrived. If something has gone wrong, email us and we will put it right.

Copyright

The story and every illustration are the property of Ah’Nay Satori (JSway). Buying a copy gives you the right to read it, aloud and to whoever you like, including a class or a library group. It does not give you the right to copy it, resell it, or share the PDF file with others.

If something goes wrong

Email us first. Almost everything is fixable that way. Nothing in these terms takes away any legal right you have as a consumer.
