This site sells one book. It collects the least it can, it does not advertise to you, and it does not sell or share your information with anyone.

Who we are

This site is operated by JSway, an independent author based in Florida, USA. Email support@greedystu.com with any question about this policy or about information we hold. We answer within two working days.

What we collect, and why

• Your name and email address, so we can send your receipt, your download link, and any message about your order.
• A delivery address, for printed books only. Used to post the book and nothing else.
• Payment details, handled entirely by our payment provider. Your card number is entered on their secure checkout page and never reaches this website. We never see it, and we could not store it if we wanted to.

We collect this because it is what delivering your order requires. Nothing here is gathered for any other purpose.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers. No analytics cookies. No third-party marketing pixels. We do not build a profile of you, we do not follow you around other websites, and we do not add you to a mailing list. You will only hear from us about an order you placed.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The checkout page sets its own, covered by our payment provider’s privacy policy.

Your download link

If you buy the digital version we email you a private download link. It is signed, tied to your order, and stops working after 30 days. It is not guessable, but anyone holding the link can use it, so please do not forward it.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that make the shop work, and only the part each one needs:

• Our payment provider takes the payment and sends your receipt.
• Our email provider delivers your download link and order messages.
• Our hosting and delivery partners serve the website and, for a printed book, carry the parcel to you.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. If you would like these providers named, email us and we will tell you.

How long we keep it

This website keeps no record of your order. There is no customer database here. Your order details sit with our payment provider, who is required to retain a transaction record for tax purposes, and your email address passes through our email provider only for as long as it takes to deliver a message to you.

What we store on our own systems is the text and prices shown on this site, and nothing whatsoever about the people who buy from it. Any email you send us is deleted once it has been dealt with. Our host keeps ordinary web-server logs, which include IP addresses, only briefly.

Where your information goes

Our providers operate in the United States and may process data in other countries. If you are in the UK or the EEA, those transfers rely on the providers’ own standard contractual clauses.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted, and card details never touch our systems. The strongest protection here is what we choose not to hold.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@greedystu.com and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge. We may need to confirm who you are first. The record of the sale itself stays with our payment provider to satisfy tax law, even once everything else is gone.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, or the UK and EU GDPR. We will honor those rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the UK or the EEA you may also complain to your data protection regulator.

Children

This book is for children, but this shop is meant for the grown-ups buying it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
